Herr Pudding Cosby has a pretty good routine about getting old.. and forgetting why you went into another room for something.
His logic is, as soon as you leave the room and sit down, your remember what you were there for. Instead, he just squeezes his butt (random, uncomfortable image), and it works like sitting down.
